Running (Aug/Sept)

ruthsteThe weather has cooled off but with it has bought darker evenings so I haven't been doing too well at going out running after work.
Despite busy weekends, I have been making parkrun on alternate weekends at least and, although I'm still not sub-30m, I have shaved nearly a minute off my parkrun PB - now down to 31m19s.
It's been a year since I first attended and I've made 10 runs and one week volunteering, which isn't great but I'm determined to do better at attending over the next year. A Bath parkrun starts up next week at Free Fields/Rainbow Wood so hoping that will help.
